Infrared Thermography

Infrared Thermography is a technique that involves the measurement or mapping of surface temperatures as heat flows to/ from and/or through an object. Surface temperature data is displayed on a digital screen, with image capturing capability. Thermal imaging inspections can identify defects, which can lead to equipment failure and energy loss. Typical uses include condition monitoring, electric component inspection, checking for heat leaks in thermal insulation, flaw detection and corrosion damage / metallic thinning.
